COVID 19's brought with it delays to shipping and custom outside of our control. We get this is annoying and know we'll be 100% transparent about your order and keep you informed of it's status via tracking links.

Typically all pre-tax orders over $100 get free domestic standard shipping ❤️ Because we totally love you!

However we often throw a free shipping frenzy. Stay tuned via our newsletter so you can act fast when that happens ⚡️

And YES we ship internationally!! nb. there may be local taxes and duties to pay your end. Your shipping charges with us are for freight only.

We can also ship EXPRESS. Just nominate this option in your order.

Please note, if you change the delivery address after purchase extra time and cost may well apply.

We understand sometimes something isn't quite right with your order.

We offer exchanges to your product within 10 days so here's what you need to know and do:
  1. Please ensure your product is in its fabulous new-and-unused condition with all packaging + tags still in place. It absolutely positively needs to be unused, unworn and unwashed 🤙
  2. Please ensure you're actioning this process within 10 days from purchase (exchanges are valid within 10 days only). 
  3. Notify us on the hello@realprettykind email with the product code of any new product you'd like in exchange to the same value or more. We'll issue you with a personal returns ID and shipping address. 
  4. Ship us your item to the address provided by us, with the code marked on the front packaging.
  5. Once received and inspected, your replacement product will be shipped straight off to you toot suite + we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details FYI
  6. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items. 

    PS. Please note shipping costs are unfortunately not included in our returns policy. We would love to have extra money to absorb into this (and ourselves a holiday:)).

    As it is we spend our extra money on really fab fabric; paying our makers fairly; + investing in our two charity partners. The balance is REAL. But we agree, free shipping would be PRETTY sweet too. Hold tight. We're working on it. Meanwhile thx KINDly for understanding👍😘

Simply send your RPK garment back to us clean and in good condition and we'll offer you a VIP discount on your next new purchase with us.

Pre-Loved RPK threads will either be upcycled or given to Tweens in need at Christmas. Go You! 👊
